Stop Violence in Schools!

This blog is an online account of our work for the school campaign we have developed. It is a campaign against violence in our school.

We invite you to be part of it and tell us your story or your thoughts on the topic. Together we can change things for better.
Always remember that peace and respect must first lie within you! Take this pledge and change the world around you by showing how amazing you are!

I pledge to make school a safe place
I pledge to respect my peers and

To always stand up against violence.

I pledge to treat others with kindness
And all I do be done in love and peace!

Gabriel's story

In a stormy day I fell almost asleep during the math classes. Suddenly the break bell rang ''thanks god'' I grumbled.
All of a sudden I heard an evil laugh on the school hall. I went to check what was happening then everything became confusing. Alex, the bad guy from my school had an evil expression on his face asking me to give him my lunch.
I just told him that it's my food and I don't have anything else to eat and then...he started acting so cruel and he used bad language!
I got to say that I escaped ''alive'' because of the math teacher who saw us and rebuked Alex but he didn't care.
I wasn't at school for the next three days because I felt unsafe and I knew for sure that Alex was going to do the same thing in the next days!
I told my mom about what happened and after that she talked with Alex's mom. He apologized for everything he did and he promised he'll never do any bad things again.
After all I got to say that now me and Alex are friends!
